Refund Policy:

Our City Greens Refund Policy is quite simple. Not satisfied with your experience? Let us know. Quality and customer service are our mantra. If we haven’t lived up to that promise, then we want to do everything we can to make it right.

To complete you refund, we need to locate your order and a receipt is generally the best method. Please email a copy of your receipt to whatsup@eatcitygreens.com within 7 days of your order along with a little information on what happened.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will email you a copy of the refund receipt once it has been approved, but please allow 3-4 days from the date of the refund receipt for the credit to post to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, take a look at your bank account one more time or contact your credit card company. It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
